Fixro ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Fixro field service management platform, accessible at getfixro.com and via our mobile apps. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our services.
Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and trade type.
Business data: We store the job records, estimates, customer information, schedules, and other data you enter while using Fixro.
Payment information: Payment card details are processed directly by Stripe. We store only subscription status and customer identifiers — never raw card numbers.
